Philip brings over two decades of complex litigation and trial experience. Over the course of his career, Philip brought down a multi-state opioids conglomerate, developed a new form of public nuisance litigation, successfully brought novel theories of liability under the false claims act, and served as the lead attorney on numerous complex trials.

Philip began practicing intellectual property litigation in Delaware before moving to the government where he gained the bulk of his trial experience.

At the Delaware Department of Justice, he litigated and tried a wide variety of affirmative civil, criminal, and defensive civil cases. As a member of the Trial Unit. Philip first-chaired a tax evasion felony jury trial, two HUD fraud felony jury trials, and a healthcare fraud felony jury trial, in addition to a number of violent felony jury trials.

Philip then moved to Nashville, where he focused exclusively on investigating and litigating healthcare fraud for the Tennessee Attorney General's office, leading the litigation teams on three false claims act lawsuits, in addition to numerous settlements from his fraud investigations.

As Senior Litigation Counsel at Brady, Philip litigates and manages the litigation teams for gun industry lawsuits.

Philip received his law degree from Tulane Law School, his Masters in Philosophy from Fordham University, and his undergraduate from Hampden-Sydney College.
