Brady Legal represents Tyler Herman in a lawsuit brought against Sig Sauer after Mr. Herman was severely injured when his Sig Sauer pistol unintentionally discharged while in his holster. The Complaint alleges that Sig Sauer negligently designed the Sig Sauer pistol and knew that its design was defective, but failed to make any changes to the product. Mr. Herman is one of dozens of Plaintiffs suing Sig Sauer for accidents arising out of unintentional discharges of a Sig Sauer pistol.
