Brady Legal represents Matthew and Mary Mueller in a suit seeking recovery for the injuries their son suffered during the 2021 Oxford High School mass shooting. The Muellers allege that Acme Shooting Goods, LLC contributed to the shooting by negligently and illegally selling the firearm used in the attack. Acme ignored one or more red flags that, collectively, showed that the sale of the firearm was a straw purchase that could foreseeably result in a juvenile misusing the firearm. The Muellers also bring claims against various employees of the Oxford Community School District for ignoring warning signs of the imminent mass shooting.
